The company which makes cheats devices for games(Xploder) has today announced that it has cracked GTA IV saves enabling impatient gamers the chance to unlock all of the game's goodies without having to work for it. The device retails at £14.99 and can be used to access a number of game saves for many Xbox 360 titles.
Cheat Devices and such like have divided opinions over the years, especially when these devices affect other players, and can potentially ruin games. Phantasy Star Online, an MMO game on Xbox had its economy and rare items ruined by cheaters using such devices. Will this latest device have any impact and more importantly should you even care what others are doing?
The counter argument always suggests that if these devices do not have any profound effect on others, then they are acceptable. Also bearing in mind that not all gamers have the time to sit and play for hours on end to unlock stuff. We're not sure on these devices, and perhaps it's arguable that if you've not got the time to play a game, then perhaps you should seek a less time consuming hobby - or just accept what you get with the game you purchase, and spend the time playing to get extras for free; what's the rush anyway?
