Thompson targets GTA 4.
Bookmark and Share

Outspoken lawyer Jack Thompson has recently stated that he is to attempt to stop the sale of the forthcoming Grand Theft Auto 4 to minors which is to be released on Xbox 360 and PS3 some time this year. Thompson has sent a letter to Microsoft with his plea. The fact of the matter remains that it is retailers who ultimately have to enforce any rules and educate parents.

The real problem stems with ignorant parents who perhaps feel that their kids are immune to violent video games and those who simply buy the game regardless of the rating for their children. Perhaps Thompson should target the people who really count, as letters to Microsoft aren't really going to have an effect.
