I recieved in my mail box today an intresting article speculating that Aliens Vs Preditor is Xbox bound.
Apparently Dave Shipley over at PlanetAVP Says "Looks like I could have some very good news here." "You see, a good staff member of mine has cracked the .REZ file in the AvP II demo. In there, there's some interesting material: Props2 = "PC_Easy 1; PC_Medium 1; PC_Hard 1; XBOX_Easy 1; XBOX_Medium 1; XBOX_Hard 1" And that's just one of the attribute files where the XBOX is mentioned."
I'm no programmer, but there's a chance that is some very good news, or it could just be abandoned code (there's a lot of things left in StarCraft that they abandoned, but still stayed in the code). But hey, what company won't want their game on the XBOX? Good point, but not a confirmation by any stretch of the imagination. Still it offers Xbox fanatics a glimmer of hope that AvP2 could make its way to the system. We'll let you know if that's really a possibility.
