RESIDENT EVIL 5 - COLLECTIBLES & ACHIEVEMENTS - Guide is copyright of Msxbox-world & their respected owners. Reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior permission.

Game Overview

The biohazard threat has not ended: Just when it seemed that the menace of Resident Evil had been destroyed, along comes a new terror to send shivers down player’s spines. Chris Redfield, returning Resident Evil hero, has followed the path of the evil literally around the globe. After joining a new organization, Chris heads to Africa where the latest bio-terrorism threat is literally transforming the people and animals of the city into mindless, maddened creatures. He is joined by a new partner, Sheva Alomar, who lends her strength, intelligence and sharp-shooting skills to the mission. In order to survive, Chris and Sheva must work together to take on the challenges of discovering the truth behind this evil plot. Utilising a revolutionary new co-op mode of gameplay, players will be able to assume control of either Chris or Sheva and experience Resident Evil in new ways. In Resident Evil 5, Capcom will have players fearing the daylight as much as they have feared shadow in previous games.

Co-producers and series veterans Jun Takeuchi (Lost Planet) and Masachicka Kawata (Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles) unleash an unprecedented level of fear for the next generation in Resident Evil 5, the sequel to one of the highest-rated videogames in history, according to Metacritic.com and Gamerankings.com. Promising to revolutionise the series by delivering an unbelievable level of detail, realism and control, Resident Evil 5 is certain to bring new fans to the series. New technology developed specifically for the game, as well as incredible changes to both the gameplay and world of Resident Evil will make this a must-have game for gamers across the globe.

Nice! I've been using this guide. Thanks! Just a quick note though, I noticed you can also find the Rocket Launcher in 3-3. It's on a wrecked ship in the middle of the lake.

**UPDATE**

You DO need to have the game get a checkpoint to save your BSAA emblem, i got one, then quit out and they game didnt register my finding of it.

EDIT: This time i did get a chechpoint, then i quit, and saved, yet its still not giving it to me?

You do not need to hit checkpoints - because when you quit out the game auto saves. Perhaps you're not saving when you quit? Remember to read what it says because the option is to quit without saving if you press B button.

For the "Stockpile" achievement you must also have the Gattling Gun, Longbow, Stun Rod, Grenade Launcher and a Rocket Launcher.

Also rememer that there are several weapons you can only get by upgrading other weapons, like to get the Gattling Gun you must upgrade the VZ61 (MG) and to get the longbow you must upgrade the SR75 (Rifle), etc.

If you need any help with this achievement or other achievements feel free to msg me on Live!.... My gamer tag is: txgtp2nv

I have all of the achievements accept the 3 that are for Normal, Veteran and War Hero difficulty and Take it to the Max - Figurines one ........ so I can tell you how to get any of them! biggrin.gif

Happy Gaming,

Nick

In refrence to this.... you must complete the level to be awarded for finding the BSAA emblems..... You cannot just go through the level again and find the ones you missed and then exit out, atleast to my knowledge this is the way it works.... I could be mistaking.

Happy Gaming,
Nick

Good work on the pictures Rob, I wondered why you were still playing Resi after you've already got the 1000gs tongue.gif

Hey man I've been playing for fun. My most challenging is doing a dry run on Pro mode -

That's no upgraded weapons
No Infinite Ammo
only use weapons found in the game and not those collected already.

Damn it's tough - It took well over an hour to beat the first level. The game becomes way too easy when you use Infinite RL or Mags and play on Pro.

I recommend anyone to try it.

I was thinking of doing that on Veteran, but now you've mentioned doing it on Pro, I'm considering that instead tongue.gif

AWESOME! I will tell you that really helps A LOT! Its a lot easier to view the images, than to watch a youtube video on where they are all at!

This is one of the best walkthroughs that I have ever seen. A lot of time went in to it and I hope that everyone that uses it enjoyed it as much as I did!!!!
