There are 4 smokes to find in this mission and are listed in order to how you should find them. Be aware that once you've collected a smoke it will register that you've collected it, even if you die or restart checkpoint. If you replay a level the smokes will still be in their locations, except when you pick them up a message will inform you that you've already collected it.

44. Pack 44 can be found at the mission start, go down the ladder underneth the starting container. Follow the only route possible and climb the first ladder on the right. You'll see the smokes by the track on the ground.
45. Pack 45 can be found at the mission start, go down the ladder underneth the starting container. Follow the only route possible to the far end and look behind the ladder. There is a vent, go through and turn right at the junction to get the smokes.
46. Pack 46 can be found As you navigate the first computer to cause the rail trolley to crash, you'll encounter some tight corridors with gun turrets en route to control station A. There's a turret right next to some stacked crates. Disable the turret and jump up to grab the smokes from the ledge above.
47. Pack 47 can be found in the area where there are more turrets and trip lasers towards the backup generator. Simply jump up on top of the crate near the second laser beam to grab the smokes.
48. Pack 48 can be found inside a vent after you've climbed the ladder that's near the second rail track computer. Simply follow your nose and you'll get the smokes.
