There are 4 collectibles to find in this mission. If you look at the video you'll see that they are ordered according to how you would find them as you play. So if you miss one then you should go back and look around for the one you've missed. Luckily, if you do miss one and have progressed too far, then you can load a checkpoint.

46. The first collectible can be found at the start by the monitor. There is a grate just below the monitor, which opens when shot with the Tranq gun. Once opened, drop inside to find your bounty.
29. The next collectible can be found in the main dining/mess hall where if you hang to the right side, you'll come to some steps and tables. The collectible is on one of the tables here.
58. You'll come out of a vent after navigating the dining area into a bright corridor with guards. As soon as you exit jump onto the crates on your right to grab the bounty.
30. The last collectible is in the room marked 'Storage' it's off the main command deck area. Go inside and walk around the crates.
