progressed too far, then you can load a checkpoint.

Margos Locker
You'll drop down into Margos room and will have to fight him as part of the story. Once killed, grab the bounty from desk, tooth from Margo and the CODE FROM THE BED before you leave. Then once you reach an area with a fan which needs switching off at the end of the level, you'll see the locker in the corner next to the fan. Simply enter the code and grab the SHOTGUN and the achievement.
