The secret to this game is just keep the RT down. To get a GI Joe score on Hardcore you need to get pretty much every single bonus point in the mission. So blow up every single set of crates you can find. Hardcore is pretty easy as long as you just don't get too close. Stand back and pick off the enemies from a distance.

Duke will talk about how weird it is that the MARS agents just dissolve when killed. You'll go up a small hill and it's on the right by a tower.

Where you blow up the two generators it is on the right at the back of the generator area.

After you blow the generators and open the forcefield it is directly to the left through the now open area.

When you come to your first interactive panel with the GIANT door it is on the left.
INTEL - Ripcord Location
HIDDEN: When you are attacking a long outdoor corridor, the Intel is to the right behind a tall stone cover area.
CONTACT - Heavy Duty
You get Heavy Duty automatically for winning the level.
