The secret to this game is just keep the RT down. To get a GI Joe score on Hardcore you need to get pretty much every single bonus point in the mission. So blow up every single set of crates you can find. Hardcore is pretty easy as long as you just don't get too close. Stand back and pick off the enemies from a distance.

You'll have a large fight inside where you will fight several waves. The File is directly to the right as you enter.
INTEL - COBRA Nanomite
You'll be fighting down a hall and there will be a Combat class door on the right.
FILE - Red Ninja
Directly after the Combat door there is a small room on the left. The file is hidden on the crates.
INTEL - Serpent Battle Armor
When you are fighting on the platforms there is a Heavy door with the intel inside.
FILE - Storm Shadow
When you beat Storm Shadow you will get the file.
CONTACT - Ripcord
Ripcord is automatically given to you for finishing the level.
