Intel is obtained by simply walking up to the laptops and pressing the required button when prompted. Once collected, the game auto saves so you won't need to collect it again if you die or restart the level. There are 2 located in this level.

When you meet up with another team on the second floor of a destroyed building. It's in the corner before you drop down.
Intel 16
On the second floor of a building opposite where you got Intel 15.
