There are 3 chapters in this act with 14 missions in total. Simply select the mission/chapter you require using the nav bar on the right, and this will take you to videos and screenshots showing you the collectible locations and how to get them. Some being rather difficult. Timing is everything, as is patience.
Please be aware that once you start a game, there's no going back, and so if you miss a collectible and pass into the next area (after load screen) then you're screwed. There is no restart or replay option. So check in the menu (back button) if you've gathered all the collectibles, before you enter the last checkpoint. Also be aware that should you die and reload a checkpoint, you'll have re-do the challenges and collect any collectibles you grabbed before you died. If you pass a checkpoint, then all you've accomplished before this is saved. Happy hunting!
